that face was made for TV. Great job. Loved the fact that his last question about customers not using their credits and wanting their money back caught you off gaurd a bit. But you fought back your urge to snap back "no they can't get their money back jackass!" and put a good spin on the answer.
not to mention a bottle of jaimo was polished off the night before at 2am
